The reason the competition is hiding their fee’s is so they don’t scare you away with ridiculously high prices before they can run a used car dealer type sales pitch on you . Most companies charge either by the room or by the square foot of your residence.

We offer 2 types of pricing, by the square foot or by the room. Best Price Bed Bugs wants you to know upfront what your getting into so we have made the following price chart available.

SINGLE FAMILY HOMES:
.80 cents per sq foot for single family homes under 3000 sq feet.
.70 cents per sq foot for homes larger than 3000 sq feet.

APARTMENTS/CONDOS/TOWNHOUSE:
.90 cents per sq foot.

ROOM PRICING:
$200 per room.

FINANCING: $1.20 per sq foot. Half down and the balance paid in monthly installments over 3 months. No credit check required.

Typically we can estimate a bid over the phone by retrieving the square footage of your residence using Zillow. This saves you and us time and energy. If given the job we measure upon arrival to verify Zillow has their figures correct. If an inspection is needed the fee is $100 that goes toward the total amount if you hire us.

It is very highly recommended to treat your entire home to effectively get rid of bed bugs permanently. I can’t stress this enough. If the entire home is not treated then no warranty can be given since more often than not the infestation is house wide not just in one room. There is a $1000 minimum per job.
